this seems to be a scam, please be aware. I am not sure why even Google allows this application in the Play Store ،? it takes your credit card including cvc on sign up page and it never gets through. help line is asking even weird questions via email, which seems to be collecting more information.

One of the most unusable, awful apps that I have ever had the displeasure of being forced by my bank to use, despite being utterly dysfunctional. An absolute blueprint on how to frustrate users and randomly cease functioning when most needed. It even randomly, without prior warning, forces one to use a less secure authentication (password) rather than more secure (biometrics), let alone technically broken OTP delivery required for registration. Unreliable. Frustrating. Backward.

I have not been able to log on for the past 1.5 months and the "help desk/customer support" has me run in circles. The app might be good but not if it isn't working. It shows card invalid even though the heldesk confirms the cards shows active on their end. I can't access my vouchers and they are dragging their feet. Very disappointing. Update: 2 weeks later, still no resolution nor an update beyond the technical team is working on it. Extremely disappointing.
