horrible account creation page. 1. account creation happens outside the app, in a browser. 2. every field only support a short string of a-z characters. so giood luck if you have a non english name. 3. why do i have to have a security question? 4. and why do you care how secure my password is? its _my_ password. im going to update this review when i have used the app. the reason im writing this before using the app, is because i was asked to, by the app.

App is not showing accurate entitlement number. I have contacted customer support and they just confirmed to me the exact number of entitlements but don't now why app is not showing right number. So - problem not solved.

one of the worst customer service I've ever seen!!! buggy application and customer service who's not capable of answering a very simple question!
