Hex of the Witch: An Urban Fantasy Novel (The Other Witch Series, Book 1)

So happy that Amber got her own series, I liked her character in Glimmer and now we get to see the real person behind the mask she puts on. The story follows on from Jinx (Glimmer) and Lucy’s (The other wolf) series. It can be read alone but there are obviously a few spoilers from the other series. Listen to them all! They are all amazing and very well written and narrated. Suitable for most in my opinion as minor bad language and ftb.

Amber is my absolute favourite! This book is full of innuendos that had me creasing up! Amber giving Bastion a mug that reads "I've washed my fanny in this mug" was hilarious, as was Amber's short sighted naming of her potion. I'm here for Bastion showing up for Amber. The food, the book, the bed. Actions speak louder than words and his actions scream! An absolute must read!

Someone is trying to kill Amber. Is it because she is trying to make a special potion or because she is searching her coven for a black witch? The witches council hired Bastion as a bodyguard while she works on the potion. She must break his curse as part of the payment. Could this possibly put aside her hate for him?
