Dark and exciting. You think you know who they both are, and then Boom. Rex and Inara are in a complicated strong relationship and just when I had it clear in my head it all changed. I don't usually like cliffhangers but this one is great and I am really enjoying it. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This novel is dark, dark, dark, but filled with action and a little bit of suspense. The dialogue and inner thoughts are intriguing and hold the secrets to finding the serial killer. There are some trigger warnings because this story is not for the faint of heart. It does have a HEA, but also ends on a cliffhanger, as this is a duet. I cannot wait until the second part is published. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
