About the author
Lisa Nieschlag has family roots in New York and likes to spend her time in the kitchen, cooking and baking, styling and photographing food. Lars Wentrup is a self-declared foodie and taste-tester. Lisa and Lars have run a communications design agency in the heart of Munster, Germany, since 2001.
