Cassie is a scientist at heart. She gets a thrill out of solving crimes, but TBE science is where it is at for her. This case challenges her, Isaac, Zack and Hadrian, starting with a compelling locked room mystery this whodunit plays fair with the reader, and builds off of concepts that have been in play throughout the series. I love the dynamics between the members of this team, the fun character moments, and the drive to improve themselves, & the Paranormal Criminal Investigations Unit.

This is the last book in this series and I am definitely a little sad. I loved reading about Cassie and her mates and now they have a daughter and I really wish we could get another book or maybe an epilogue to see what happens in the future. This was a wonderful series. I was very easy to read, exciting, and made me laugh and giggle quite a bit. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I am loving reading this series of the adventures of Cassie and her mates. It is a captivating story as they attempt to solve another murder while she is feeling sick. Well worth reading. This is my honest opinion.
