Dr. Yohana F. Cahya Palupi Meilani, S.P., M.Si. has distinctive superior in developing and implementing strategies for human resource development in institutional goals, academic program, and research. She got her master degree of human resource development business and industry from Universitas Airlangga and doctoral degree from Universitas Pelita Harapan. She serves as Head of Research and Publication of Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) since 2021. She still follow her calling to teach at UPH since 2007 for Human Capital Investment subjects. Her research interest in organization behavior and cross generation studies. Dr. Yohana already writing several books and newspaper articles of human resource and organization.
Dr. Ir. Dewi Sri Surya Wuisan, M.M. finished her Master of Management in Finance at Pelita Harapan University after graduating from a Bachelor of Faculty Sam Ratulangi University Manado. She has finished Doctoral at Pelita Harapan University. Now she is the Head of the Pelita Harapan University Study Program Master of Hospital Administration. She has been the staff of finance at Pelita Harapan University and served as Head of Study Program Management System Information at STMIK Dharmaputra Tangerang Banten. Experience writing scientific with colleague lecturers and also together with students in Marketing, Innovation, Human Resource Management, Finance, and Digital Technology.
