This book doesn’t shout—it whispers truth. Sree Krishna Seelam manages to convey so much depth with minimal words. It’s reflective and emotional, making you pause and think about the people you may have misunderstood in your own life.

So Relatable, I Highlighted Half the Book” I couldn’t stop underlining sentences. Every few pages, I came across some line that made me so happy, I wanted to remember it forever. Somehow, Seelam says such complex emotional things in simple, clear language. His take on self-worth and boundaries particularly resonated with me. Since finishing the book, I must have already re-read the parts on anxiety and burnout two times. This is definitely a keeper.
