You will get more out of this book if you have read the Glimmer of Christmas and the Other Wolf series. Jinx and Emory are engaged, and to become Prima of the Dragons, Jinx has to pass several challenges laid down by the Dragon Court. Jinx is also tracking a missing child for a Circus that hides runaway Other. With appearances from Shirdal, Nate, Amber and Emory, this is a brilliant follow on to the original series. The Narration by Alyse Gibbs is nothing short of perfection.

I couldn't put this book down! Jinx is heroic as ever in this book, handling everything the court throws at her in the usual Jinx manor you'd expect. Shirdal is one of my favourite characters in this book, bringing the humour with him, his one liners are hilarious! So much packed into one book, I can't wait for the next one!
