Life events usually don’t go according to our plans. It is unpredictable and has its twist and turns. There are circumstances and situations that are out of our control. They do not always appear in our timeline. Sometimes there are delays and setbacks.
However, it is an opportunity for us to slow down and re-evaluate the plans. Frustration is a temporary emotion. It can be easily healed by calming our minds and decluttering our toxic thought. We rewire our mental body to positive thinking. We put our focus on the present moment. We honor and be grateful for the life that has given us.
