So, me and my father made a commitment this new years that we both should lose around 30 lbs. It hasn’t gone very well to be honest. But. I think I made the huge mistake of eating a low fat/high carb diet and not doing any fasting. Intrigued to see what will happen now with intermittent fasting

I knew about fasting previously, and I would say that this books is a great choice for beginners as it is very easy to follow when you listen to Melissa’s (narrator) voice. At the same time, the way it is structured facilitates deeper learning for the listener as each chapter is almost like the perfect “next building block”.

This book taught me a lot about intermittent fasting. Didn’t know previously what it was, had only overheard a few people talking about it. This book is good for beginners.
