It is hard sometimes to get out of your head and move past what has caused you to have PTSD. I really enjoyed how it jumped right into helping with breathing and learning to focus on looking at the good that has happened. I am listening to this every morning while I drink my coffee to start off my day. It is helping and making me feel better. Dealing with PTSD and its messes with my mind had made me ill and didn't help with my depression. Beginning able to work on that has helped. I received a
