App no longer works after updating to Android version 15, it doesn't for close to a month. Since I don't have access to my money will move to another bank as this is very shamefull.

I get a black screen when opening the app. I called support center and was told devs are aware of this and yet the app is still not working after 2 weeks

I can no longer get past the login screen. App worked fine on an older device, but on Google Pixel 7 / Android 14, it gets stuck in a loading loop after opening it. Resetting the app periodically (when the process is so convoluted) is not acceptable. I've been a customer of BT for more than 10 years, but all my main interactions happen through this app, so it's time to move on to a bank that has the time, resources & motivation to make things work easily for their customers.
