Useless. I can't login. Tried everything. Unfortunately you have the worst online banking applications, I am mean also BT24. I don't log in that often and whenever I have to, I cannot. Useless service if I can't access my account information.

Pretty buggy up. Worked fine for few days then it continued to crash everytime I tried to make a payment. Also when selecting favourite recipient it kept crashing as well. I was expecting more but for a banking app it's nor user friendly nor productive. I tried uninstalling it but without success. It's basically just an app where you can check your balance. I will close my account with BT just because of this. Don't recommend it in the first place!

Not great so far. I've had the app for about a month, when I switched to BT as my new bank. Within just one month, I experienced more app crashes and problems than for any other bank app. So far, I could't make payments for 2 days because the sms codes were not sent, an automated payment simply didn't go through, making me fall behind credit card payments and lastly, l just can't login using fingerprint for last day and a half, with a non-descriptive "Something went wrong. Try again" message.
