If I could give zero stars I would. Had a referral code, followed the steps, still marked as "tracked" but not redeemable weeks later. Signed up for the plus service, which is supposed to include priority support, but can't get past the freaking chat bot. And there's no number to call or email address. Incredibly unhappy.

There can earn cash through games and surveys. However when your cashback doesn't track (which has happened to me three times in the six months I've been using the app) their 'support' essentially says 'tough luck nothing we can do about it'. I get better customer service from other apps that allow you to submit screenshots and take the time to look at the evidence and apologise and give you your reward in good faith. It also takes a while for cashback to be available, usually three months.

A feature request. Please provide an app shortcut to use the payment feature directly. it's very annoying whenever I want to open the Shopback app for payment there's always Fullscreen notification to block me on clicking the payment button, and I have to click on the close icon to close the notification first. sometimes I will accidentally clicked on the notification and it will redirect me to other page. It's very annoying that I have to click so many times before I can make the payment.
