I just play the game offers but here's the issue; if you don't get rewards for a completed task, forget about it. Contacting is hard is hard as it is and they're never helpful. You will some automated respond about how you should check if you did everything correctly. If you respond to that, the next email will say they can't track the completion on their site so they can't help you. Even though they were able to track the first less paying tasks. just go the rewardX and do the torox tasks

I played one of the offered games, completed few steps for the reward. When I couldn't get the rewards on the app I connted the support they offered. After giving them proof about that I completed the mission for the rewards they told me I didn't completed so them can't have the rewards for it. The weards were nothing really, 175 points or so but I deserved them. How dare you say otherwise

i was forced for this bad review... the surveys were good and in a month i reached the payout... applied for the payout and its like more than 1 month , every time i send reports to the customer help... it's the same ! give details, check details, this n that but NO PAYMENT received yet . Feeling bad literally since i had hope of some money coz i spent my time completing surveys everyday . I don't know why the ySense team is not taking proper action and spiralling it again n again .
