BEWARE!! Return process is NOT easy, it is a multi-step process including mandatory uploading of photos of the items you want to return, on top of having to pay for return shipping as well!!! DO NOT but in bulk thinking you can easily return what you don't like/doesn't fit. Gave 2 stars because what does fit, I like a lot. It's comfy as hell. But it's just expensive polyester. And I feel like I'm being punished for returning things I wanted to try on.

Deceptive business practices like fake coupons/discounts and fake free returns, I like what I've gotten, but the coupons are a joke. The app sucks.They arent deals, and you have to buy very specific items that arent explained well. They dont calculate correctly I got an anniversary code but couldn't use it saying my purchase didn't qualify but yet would never come back or tell me what the requirements are. Same for birthday. This has happened multiple times.I would order monthly if not for that.

good materials and true to size fit. I took away a star due to the complexity of the return process. Need to upload pictures, then get approval, and then mail at your own cost if you want a refund to the original payment. You also can not affect a return until you have received all of your items. in my case, my order came in 2 shipments almost 30 days apart.
