this app is beautiful! there are a wide range of clothes to choose from, including accessories and shoes. There's even a student discount. the prices are fair and the sales/discounts are generous. BUT it doesn't have a section to review the clothing. I suggest upgrading it to have a section to view reviews, rate the clothing, where the clothing is from, and just...make the app better overall😭 it's a loser looking app, with great potential really💀

It's impossible to reach them if you have any problem. I am still waiting on my refund with no updated or confirmation email that my refund has been processed. The only way to reach them is via Instagram or Facebook which is so unprofessional when it comes to solving problems like refunds etc. Not to mention the app isn't working properly, they always log me out and I can't log in unless I change my password 10 times

Poor service on the app, I am trying to view items of clothing and when I do it keeps popping up critical error occur. what is this! fix this up PLT and your contact as its very difficult to actually contact customer service in the app. sort it out ASAP! what a disappointment as a regular customer. Also reach out on here by sending me your official online complaint and customer service contact info as soon as. this is appalling.
