It is the worst app I ever used. Can't even sign in again. Quality of product is very very much cheap. Now I can't return my product becuse of sign in issue. I wasted my 500rs on a product which is not even worth of 30rs. And coustomer service is also not working. If you try to have a chat with them it says,"you have to sign in" which I can't.

Some of the poorest customer service and one of the worst loyalty schemes I have used. After spending £200+ across multiple purchases they removed all my points from my account and refused to return them. After this experience I would no longer consider shopping here.

The app itself is nice and I love the rewards scheme but there's quite a selection of items that are being sold both in shop and on the website that don't appear on the app, this is frustrating because when I try to open the app through chrome (not incognito mode where I've checked they have the products on) it automatically sends me to the app where an error is displayed. Meaning I just can't purchase the unadded clothes online
