I was excited to watch streamline movies/shows not on other platforms on osn. But I am really dissapointed. Downloads don't really work, 3 eps have barely downloaded and since then, I can't download other shows (it remains 0% although my connection is stable and I download as normal in other platforms). Numer 2, when I try to search for a show, pressing letters is super difficult, and I have to wait until all shows using the previous letters load before typing another letter. It is frustrating.

this is the worst app out there I wasted my money, the video keeps on lagging and buffering even after so many tries and following their help center guides, please don't subscribe they just leave you behind with a subscription paid. I asked for a refund they just told me they are fixing it and it's been 5 days plus. I wish some body knows like I do that this app of streaming service is just made to look at a long catalogue of movies and tv shows but be unable at all to stream anything.

no customer service for this app I did u subscription and still they deduct from my cart it's very bad service and app i didn't used since may and until now deduct it , I don't know what i do no numbers to talk and also i can't remove my payments card every month deduct it ....who the responsibility for this app
