it's solid 2 constant problems problem1: when playing a song and scrolling through the lyrics, it's too sensitive to the point if you scroll directly down it skips to the next song or the one before it as if you swiped left or right, quite annoying. Second problem: when scrolling through stories if you have missed a song from a friend's story and tap to go back to previous one most of the time it lags, doesn't repeat the song and you have to go out and back in the story for it to be fixed.

Anghami is a music app that provides you with music and video clips . Honestly, I like anghami, but it has some issues that need to be fixed, like it sometimes stops the music randomly for no reason, and also, it has lots of ads without the premium , also when I want to play a song from my Playlist, it plays shuffle mode and sometimes it tells me that it will play a song randomly without my concern . Please work on your issues so we can enjoy the app .

Signed up for a free trial and got charged without any notice. No email or alert before renewal. Contacted support, but they refused a refund even though I didn’t use the service. They just pointed to their policy and ignored the issue. Very poor customer service and zero transparency. Be careful — you might get charged unexpectedly. Definitely not recommending Anghami Plus.
