The main issue is - sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. For last two days didn't receive any notifications, but turns out got 4 messages. If the app can't tell me that I have messages - there is no point to evaluate the rest of the apps functionality. Sometimes it gives notification, but the app simply doesn't load, then I need to go to my pc. But at least it notofied me that I have a message.

It is a good app that allows you to reply to your customers via phone. I didn't have any issues. However, I have two suggestions that would help users a lot: 1. Please allow to copy messages from the customers in order to be able to translate them if it was written in a foreign language or for similar purposes. 2. It would be great if the app is integrated into Shopify Control Panel for a desktop use.

Doesn't show photos uploaded by customers. makes it really hard to communicate with customers when the images they upload cannot be seen in the app.
