ok overall, but a little bit clunky to use. biggest complaint is the "delete cart" button. it's in the exact same place as the "save" button when you're pricing a discount. the number of times I've deleted an entire cart after a few minutes setting it up is insane. Add a delete confirmation button!!! I would also love for an option that I can turn on that will prompt to add a customer to the sale (if you haven't yet) when you go to accept payment. I get talking and forget and it screws me

recent update slows everything down and adds extra screens. It used to be upon checkout you could tap a credit card without having to select anything else. now you have to select 'credit card' before you can run the card. I don't know why they went backwards with this change. also the whole app is running more slowly after the last update

Shopify continues to disappoint. Besides their app being riddled with bugs over the last few years, Shopify is moving into their nickle and dime phase of business -- moving previously free app features behind a paywall. We already pay $100s / month to Shopify -- why do we need to pay even more for the features that once were free? Good UX shouldn't have a price attached. Actively creating a worse user experience that's fixable for $89 / month feels like they're biting the hand that feeds them.

Changes to plan features aren't made lightly, and as we introduce or update features adjustments to POS Lite and Pro plans may be necessary to ensure we are able to provide the best possible service. What’s new

- The Action POS UI extension is now available on the Cart > Manage Line Item screen. You can add and use Action extensions directly while managing items in your cart.
- When searching by SKU or Barcode, the app now yields a single exact result without additional fuzzy matches when an exact match is found.
- The return and exchange flows have been updated so that items fulfilled by third party fulfillment services which use shared SKUs can be restocked at the POS location.
