Tommy Spaulding

Thomas Spaulding Jr.was born on August 31, 1969 in Suffern, New York. He is the founder and president of Spaulding Companies LLC. He is the former president and CEO of Up With People. His books include It¿s Not Just Who You Know and The Heart-Led Leader: How Living and Leading from the Heart Will Change Your Organization and Your Life. He is also the co-founder of The Center for Heart-Led Leadership.
