SARAH M. SMITH

Sarah Smith's novels are published in 15 languages and have become bestsellers here and abroad. Her Chasing Shakespeares has been called "the best novel about the Bard since Nothing like the Sun" (Samuel R. Delany). The Other Side of Dark won both the Agatha (for best YA mystery of the year) and the Massachusetts Book Award for best YA book of the year. Her most recent novel is Crimes and Survivors, a mystery about Titanic. "Read it and be enthralled!" says William Martin. Two of the earlier books in the series are New York Times Notable Books. She is the editor of Total Amnesia, the text and programming notes of Thomas Disch's recently rediscovered game Amnesia, and A New Shakespearean Poem?, an Elizabethan poem she discovered while writing Chasing Shakespeares.
