Richard Stroud

Rick Stroud is a television director who has directed the likes of Pierce Brosnan, John Hurt, Ian Holme, and Joanna Lumley. Earlier in his career he was the associate producer of Brideshead Revisited. He has been nominated for an Emmy, and his work has been extensively shown on American television, including the mini-series "Nancy Astor" and the TV film "The Last Day," with David Suchet and Dan Oherlihy. His cult mockumenary "Massive Landmarks of the Twentieth Century" included an episode about the first Moon landing. He is currently exploring the possibility of turning The Book of the Moon into a 4-part TV documentary series. He lives in London.
