Thrice-nominated for the Kate Greenaway Medal, Rebecca Cobb is one of the most talented names in picture books. Since graduating from Falmouth College of Arts, she has created several stunning picture books, including: Hello Friend!, Aunt Amelia, Aunt Amelia's House, The Something, Missing Mummy, and Lunchtime, Winner of the 2013 Waterstones Children's Book Prize and shortlisted for the 2013 CILIP Kate Greenaway Medal. In addition to her self-authored picture books, Rebecca has collaborated with some of the best-known names in children's publishing including Helen Dunmore, Richard Curtis, and Nicola Davies. The Day War Came by Davies and Cobb was shortlisted for the 2019 CILIP Kate Greenaway Medal. Rebecca also partnered with the inimitable Julia Donaldson to create The Everywhere Bear and 2014 Kate Greenaway finalist The Paper Dolls. Rebecca lives in Falmouth, England with her husband and young daughters.
