Norman L. Geisler (1932-2019), who earned a Doctor of Philosophy from Loyola University, taught theology, philosophy, and apologetics on the college or graduate level for over 50 years at institutions including Trinity Evangelical Seminary, Dallas Theological Seminary, and Liberty University. He co-founded Southern Evangelical Seminary and Veritas Evangelical Seminary, now known as Veritas International University, where he served as Chancellor and Distinguished Professor of Apologetics. He was also President Emeritus and Distinguished Senior Professor of Theology and Apologetics at Southern Evangelical Seminary. An accomplished author, Geisler has penned or coauthored more than 100 books, including I Don't Have Enough Faith to be an Atheist, Twelve Points that Show Christianity is True, and The Big Book of Apologetics.
