Michael Baughman

Rev. Mike Baughman was born in 1978, which makes him just young enough to really love a lot of things about Millennials and old enough for them to annoy him. He's the founding pastor and Community Curator for Union Coffee--a new church start in Dallas, TX with a worshiping congregation made up almost entirely of church refugees in their 20s. The author of Flipping Church, as well as a long list of curricula, Mike has spent over 20 years in ministry with Millennials. He and his wife (also a pastor) live and serve in Dallas, TX
