Maxine Trottier

MAXINE TROTTIER is an award-winning author of historical novels and non-fiction, as well as many picture books. Among her acclaimed books for children are Laura: A Childhood Tale of Laura Secord, Mr. Christie's Book Award winner Claire's Gift, and CLA Book of the Year Award winner The Tiny Kite of Eddie Wing. An avid historical re-enactor, Maxine lives in Port Stanley, Ontario.
