Caroline Lawrence

Caroline Lawrence was born in England and brought up in the USA before returning to London where she now lives. Inheriting her father' s love of words and her mother' s love of art, Caroline studied Classics and then Classical Art and Archaeology at university. She draws on this background in her hugely popular children' s fiction, which includes The Roman Mysteries, adapted for television by the BBC.
