even if you havent watched the anime, it's an amazing story. the anime is very faithful to this LN and by reading this, gave me a great perspective from a beginning i only vaguely remember. definitely my favorite series of all time!

4/5 great story like amazingly good... kind of like eating a 5-star restaurant but accidentally burp and puke a little in your mouth midway, though. Just fight through the puke tastes, and it gets way better the more books you read.

It is an absolutely dubious but also a very fun story. All the characters (even the parents) are full of life. I also like the part that throughout the story, mentions of Rudy's past life is put in, never forgetting that he was once upon a time a 30-40 year old pervert.
