The author is an executive at a public organization in Thailand. His previous academic roles include Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the College of Business, International College of the Cayman Islands, and Assistant Professor of Finance and Business Strategy at the Department of Economics, Finance, and Marketing, RMIT University Vietnam. He also served as a Labor Market Statistics and Research Consultant for the Department of Employment Relations of the Cayman Islands government. Dr. Shamsub earned a Ph.D. in policy analysis with a focus on investment and public finance from Southern University and A&M College in Louisiana. He also holds an MBA in finance and a master's in financial economics from the University of New Orleans, along with a bachelor's degree in government from Chulalongkorn University.
