About this ebook

Summer 1914.

A murder investigation leads Detective Isaac Bell into the heart of a sinister conspiracy against America’s newly launched Federal Reserve.

While President Woodrow Wilson celebrates aboard his yacht, Bell spots a low-flying plane threatening the nation’s leaders.

His quick action prevents an assassination - but this attack is only the beginning of a far deadlier plot.

Bell soon uncovers a web of double-crosses involving a master thief, an assassin’s accomplice, and the most audacious heist in America’s history: a billion-dollar robbery from the country’s most secure banking system.

As Bell races against ruthless enemies, the fate of the U.S. economy - and the nation itself - hangs in the balance. Every step closer to the truth puts him deeper in danger.

A gripping, high-stakes historical thriller from Clive Cussler’s acclaimed Isaac Bell series.
