Der 1971 in Waiblingen (Remstal) geborene Kai Bliesener ist vor den Toren der Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart in Fellbach aufgewachsen. Inzwischen wohnt er mit seiner Familie in Weinstadt. Bliesener ist Leiter der Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit für das Theaterhaus Stuttgart und freiberuflicher Autor und Texter.
