To move forward, there has to be a point of letting go. Make Me Stay took that adage and ran with it. Sam and Austin were so focused on what could have been that they lost sight of what could possibly be. Seeking to complete her late father's dream, Sam sets out to convince Austin to help her to make the dream a reality. Half-truths and emotional attachment muddies the water making her clear cut plan into a heartbreaking choice. Make Me Stay was frustrating, irritating, exhilarating, heartbreaking and captivating. An expression of all the feelings of love.

Rebecca Brooks lives in New York City in an apartment lled with books. She received a PhD in English but decided it was more fun to write books than write about them. She has backpacked alone through India and Brazil, traveled by cargo boat down the Amazon River, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, explored ice caves in Peru, trekked to the source of the Ganges, and sunbathed in Burma, but she always likes coming home to a cold beer and her hot husband in the Bronx.
