About this ebook

You'll learn about the foods, minerals, and herbs that can help you strengthen your immunity and keep you resilient to disease. You'll discover how to use energy-healing techniques to reduce stress and support your immune system, and you'll get practical tips for incorporating natural health practices into your daily routine.

But this book is more than just a practical guide. It is a call to action for anyone who is ready to take charge of their health and wellness. It is a reminder that we all have the power to boost our immunity and prevent illness through natural remedies and lifestyle changes.

You will find:

•                  Seasonal guidance: discover how to coordinate your diet with the changing seasons to increase nutrient intake and meet your body's shifting demands.

•                  Customizable meal plans: the meal plans are tailored to omnivore, vegetarian, and vegan lifestyles, ensuring diversity and balance for all dietary preferences.

•                  Quick and easy recipes: ideal for busy lifestyles, these dishes provide immune-boosting nutrients without compromising flavor or time.

•                  Shopping and cooking tips: learn how to choose the freshest ingredients, reduce waste, and prepare in ways that preserve nutrition.

•                  Fact-based clarity: discover when supplements are important, how to avoid typical pitfalls of "immune-boosting" trends, and the importance of gut health in overall wellness.

Astonishingly irrational ideas are spreading. Covid denial persists in the face of overwhelming evidence. Anti-vaxxers compromise public health. Conspiracy thinking hijacks minds and incites mob violence. Toxic partisanship is cleaving nations, and climate denial has pushed our planet to the brink.

Meanwhile, american nazis march openly in the streets, and flat earth theory is back. What the heck is going on? And what can we do about it?

It gives you the basics in diet of what your body needs to stay healthy and slow the aging process. The g-bombs = greens, beans, onions, mushrooms, berries, and seeds. Throw in some garlic too! What is great about this plan is that it is a lifestyle rather than a diet, and it is very easy to put meals together using these basics in your diet. Buy this book--you will be happy you did, and your body will thank you for it!

This book offers a powerful philosophical analysis of what makes ideas good or bad, and how to tell the difference. It offers a psychological analysis of what makes ideas popular or sticky. And it offers a grand history of western ideas mixed in with charming anecdotes of children and students.

I was suffering from a painful autoimmune disease, but very reluctant to take the medications used to treat it. I am well aware of the horrific side effects associated with those medications. After implementing the recommendations in this book, I have already seen a drastic improvement in my symptoms and am enjoying a far better quality of life. I really believe this is the answer to the majority of the devastating diseases we are facing today.
