Although that could be because I think this series is excellent. These guys are master authors, and are really happy to try (and suceed) to make big crazy ideas seem not only feasible, but almost real. I really love the ideas behind this, the meta-physics that power this story are supremely beleivable. A major plus for me is that every character has their own personality and outlook. Even when they're mainly the same person.
