please consider getting an alternative ebook - the formatting of the book is very poorly done. There are tables within the book that very difficult to read because of the poor formatting. This definitely limits the ease of reading the book. (and I am already trying to open it on my laptop) Also there are issues with the numbering of the pages and index. when I try to use the index, it brings me to the wrong page and I end up looking for it by scrolling through the long content page on my own.
