Intermittent Fasting has been around for a number of years, so I was sort of disappointed as soon as the big secret of this book was revealed as IF. Let's forget that the first half of the book is all about convincing you how awesome this revolutionary idea is. (We already got your book, the authors don't have to sell it all over again.) What this book does right is GET SPECIFIC. Every phase spells out your dietary and exercise requirements very precisely, so there's no guesswork or half-assed improvising required. Now, does it all work? Only one way to find out...

Good book if you want to be inspired by a couple bros or if you're starting to get onto the fitness journey. Very interesting how there's so much at play in terms of losing weight, which include hormone manipulation and eating timing. The book is basically divided into a mental mindset section and then (I believe) the real meat and potatoes of the book: the training/eating regimen. I personally learned a lot reading that second part. Bravo!
