It can change your viewpoint when you think you are at the end of your career or when you need renewal. This book is gold.

Kitchen Confidential is a classic that was able to transcend the culture of cooking and food to speak to a general audience. Maybe it's not fair to compare, but Medium Raw is more for those in the in industry, and while a good read, is not destined to be in the same category...entertaining and very funny in some parts. I recommend it.
