The Sanskrit word Chakra literally translates to wheel or disk. In yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, this term refers to wheels of energy throughout the body. There are seven main chakras, which align the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. To visualize a chakra in the body, imagine a swirling wheel of energy where matter and consciousness meet. This invisible energy, called Prana, is vital life force, which keeps us vibrant, healthy, and alive.

Here Is A Preview Of What You'll Learn...

I just read the sample of this e-book (recommend everyone does this first). Whilst it appears to have some good info...(like a snapshot of the chakra attributes at the end of the chapter), it doesn't explain the attributes in the snapshot (like what does it mean regarding the Test, Plane, Divinity or Sephira components of the chakra? etc). You REALLY have to filter through how it's all delivered, & I wouldn't say it's for "Beginners" AT ALL. It's very hard to make sense of what the author is trying to say, & it's like walking into a Quantum Physics lecture with a professor that just rambles on using unnecessary complex vocabulary...if you don't have any previous background knowledge of Chakras or the energy body - this book is not for you as a starting point.

This book touched my heart , then it has to be this amazing masterpiece. I wanted to read a book recently and i found this book , And let me tell you one thing very important that this book is seriously amazing and well written. I really appear the writer that he wrote this book , It helped me a lot. I would think that this subject might be a little more complicated than the book covers, and I plan to do some further research when the time is right. They are simple to read, straight to the point and leave you to try out the exercises in your own time. Unlike some authors, this guy shares his obviously extensive knowledge in simple, bite size chunks. I just read the sample of this e-book (recommend everyone does this first).
