Loved this book. My grandmother is 102,and I enjoyed what she might have seen and felt growing up in a time the world we now know is so different. Due to her dementia we cannot ask her to remember a lot of things from the past,but the bits she does remember are awesome to hear about.Loved it

I could not put this book down. When I began to read about Ruth's life, and moving to Viroqua, WI, I was stunned. As a little girl I would visit my grandpa and grandma in Viroqua. My grandma and aunt still reside there. What a small world we live in.
