About this ebook

This struggle is called toxic insecurity and it reflects the deep polarization we have in our relationships and overall culture.

This division has historically been the result of unaddressed relational trauma. Fortunately, what is emerging is a new understanding of a spiritual path that has been hidden from us until now. Relational spirituality allows us to shift our focus to a more conscious approach to dating and relationships based on our connection with spirit or the Universe. It gives us a framework to better understand a healing journey and hope that clearing relational trauma will help us lead a more peaceful and loving life.

This book is inspiring, to say the least. Murray has been at the very bottom and has worked his way back, learning a simple universal truth about life - that everything we want comes from inside. If you're tired of trite self-helps, this one delivers. Anecdotal evidence mixed with scientific inquiry make for a transformative read, especially in our age of hurried technology. We often forget that enjoying what we have, and the time we have with it, makes all the difference.

This is a great book for anyone struggling with insecurities. I especially love chapter two, which discusses defining success for yourself. The author states, "Many people go through life throwing their own pity parties because they measure success by comparing themselves to others." It's a truly beautiful, must-have book.

I’ve been insecure since I was in high school. Being a teen female used to be really hard for me, I know a lot of teens can relate. I was insecure for several reasons, but begin insecure can take a toll on your life. I highly recommend this book if you just want to gain your confidence back, and feel secure about yourself. Being positive will change the way people look at you, and you’ll just feel so great. Give it a read.
