About the author

Jolene Wochenske has been a teacher of German, both in Germany and the United States, for more than fifteen years. She has taught at Middleton High School in Wisconsin and at St. John’s Northwestern Military Academy, where she developed and instated its AP German curriculum. Wochenske is an ESL instructor, student advisor, and translator, as well as being a trainer in the Goethe Institut Trainernetzwerk.
