I could not put this book down! I was randomly rehashing scenes when at work and out of the house. So much happens that leaves you reeling, simultaneously pulling you in into Cora's world further: all the devastation and danger, all the love and sacrifice, all the action and emotional roller-coasters. And as always, I keep imagining this as a TV show, flirting with the idea that somehow this will be transformed into a visual format and the special effects are going to be out of this world.
