About this ebook

Autumn Speaks, the debut poetry collection by Cassie Kuzmicky, is a tribute to the era of transition; to brace for change, to reflect as the leaves on the trees change colour. It is the thoughts we think when the world turns cold, when we hide away in our beds and watch through the windows as everything around, and within us, changes.

Autumn Speaks explores themes of heartbreak, mental health and moving on captured within an autumnal landscape.

Finished reading Autumn Speaks after dragging it out for as long as I could. These poems were beautiful, raw, and full of brilliant imagery and language. Would definitely recommend reading by firelight on a rainy evening. The memories and feelings these poems unlocked were remarkable. I’ll definitely be reading it again.
