About this ebook

They thought it was a fling. Fate had other plans.

Tess Peyton lives by her planner—and her rules. Everything from work to relationships fits neatly into her color-coded schedule. So when a spontaneous week-long affair with a charming American in Scotland derails her carefully ordered life, she chalks it up to an out-of-character adventure. One she’ll never forget—and never repeat.

Back home in Wishful, architect Mitch Campbell is still reeling from the woman who stole his heart and disappeared without a trace. He never expected her to walk back into his life…as his new step-cousin.

Neither of them is prepared for the collision of past and present—or the sparks that still fly between them. But with family watching, reputations at stake, and their hearts on the line, Tess and Mitch must decide: was it just a perfect week, or the beginning of forever?

A heart-tugging, slow-burn romance about unexpected reunions, complicated connections, and love that refuses to be forgotten, You Were Meant For Me is small-town southern romance at its most irresistible.

spoiled. entitled. pathetic. annoying. immature. these are some words to describe the heroine Tess. very unlikeable. I have no idea why Mitch fell for this woman and why he kept running after her. this is the kind of love u are most certain isn't going nowhere and will end baby or not. it disappointed me because I really wanted to love this story. I really wanted to love this author's work but I'm not sure if I'll ever read her again. nothing annoys me like weak heroines. it's just ain't my cup of tea

I love all of Kait Nolan’s Wishful Series books. I like how the characters from previous books reappear, so you see how they are doing and what they are doing. I love how family pulls together to support one another. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was that the premise was a little unbelievable that they met and fell in love in Ireland and then unbeknownst to the other, they both had connections to Wishful. I enjoyed the book and look forward to more. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

ARC for honest review with no compensation received from BookSprout. 4.5 stars You Were Meant For Me is book 10 in the Wishful Romance series by Kail Nolanand as always her books are well written, small town and visiting old friends. Tess Peyton and Mitch Campbell meets up overseas and decide to have a one night romance except the chemistry is off the charts and they end up in a week long affair in their own little world. When that world ends they have to come back to their own real life but fate sometimes steps in and changes everything. Mitch return home to Wishful and his life but a piece of him is missing because he can’t seem to get his overseas woman from his heart and mind. That is until he comes to dinner with his family at his mother’s and see the woman who holds his heart, Tess. Tess is Mitch’s mother’s new husband’s daughter! Will fate show these two that no matter what fate is always in control??
