For the man or woman truly seeking to know God in a deep, personal way, Wisdom in Poetry is meant to offer spiritual treasure beyond earthly value. Gods living, eternal Word is manifested in my life on paper in easy-to-read poetry. As you read this Spirit-inspired work, the Holy Spirit will reveal many of the secret things of God hidden in His Word for His people. Jesus spoke in parables because the secret things about Him are for you, not the world. The poems in this book are Scripture-based, revealed to me by Gods indwelling spirit. Let this tall, cool drink of living water refresh your thirsty soul.

Robert D. Greene was born in Valdosta, Georgia in 1959. He began school during desegregation in the sixties. He has four sisters, Pat, Sandra, Elke, and Lynn, raised by a wonderful mother, Sammie Clark. Directly after high school, he entered the USAF, married, and had three children Shekeyla, Robbie, and Dominique. After separation from the military, he weathered divorce, addiction, and incarceration. Only now in hindsight, he knows that it was God carrying him through every trial. This book is a poetic account of that journey built on testimony through the power of God! Today, he’s remarried to a beautiful wife, Renay, has another son, Christopher, and fourteen grandchildren, and one on the way.
