Th e realisation of your true self as the spirit being of love that you are and its oneness with the universe and its Creator will bring about the mindshift that is needed to make the necessary choices to change your thoughts around your identity, thereby enabling you to change your life. Th e toiling will cease as you learn to give over to your true self, that which is childlike in nature and rests in the knowledge that you are never alone.
